Review:
In You and Me and the Space In Between, I find that Alice tends to act crazy or spontaneous one day and then serious and adult-like the next. Certain aspects of the book make it as if Alice is changing from child to adult (which at this age is true) but not with the best of intentions.

Finally Alice gets to graduate from high school, and has an experience of a lifetime trying to take a look at all of these different Colleges...until of course something goes wrong.

I understand that Alice still has feelings for Patrick (how could she not!, they've known each other for so long!) but I think that there comes a time where instead of holding on by the last thread, you should let it go, because maybe it wasn't yours to hold onto for so long in the first place...I mean lets be real, Patrick leaves school a year early and goes to a school not even close to Alice, and then he leave for Spain! She needs to tell him how she truly feels or just let him go.

Also I found that the relationship between the two wan not exactly something you expect to see in a normal relationship.. like who "stays together" but dates-and whatever else- with other people?

Alice has created a lot of friendships going on the boat Cruise, and although it seems they are only friends you can clearly see that Mitch has something towards Alice...Always asking questions, letting her sleep snuggled up to him, hanging out all the time, holding hands...

Other then Alice having drama it clearly doesn't stop there. I know Pamela has had troubles with her mom in the past books, but she really does need to stand up to her mom and let her know who is the adult and who is the child, and who should be acting accordingly. She needs to start to have more of a backbone if she wants to make it through the rest of her years in college or life.

The entire story about Alice and her friends joining the boat cruise was actually really funny, and had some unexpected moments that left everyone wondering what if going to happen next??

Just before Alice gets on the cruise, I really enjoyed the Nerf gun war...I think I actually laughed out loud during most of it! Like I said in the last book's review, the Alice series just keep getting better, and they show how one girl matures over time without having her birth mother around for all of these great moments.
